This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Nizamabad, to dispose of I.A.No.2252 of 2015 in O.S.No.23 of 2015 filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to reject the plaint in O.S.No.23 of 2015, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ defendant, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 11 and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that though the revision petitioner/ defendant filed the subject Interlocutory Application for rejection of plaint in O.S.No.23 of 2015 in the year 2015, the same is not disposed of till date and ultimately prayed to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of subject Interlocutory Application expeditiously.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 11 would submit that in the subject Interlocutory Application, arguments were heard and orders are to be passed by the Court below.

Under these circumstances, the learned Principal District Judge, Nizamabad, is directed to dispose of subject I.A.No.2252 of 2015 in O.S.No.23 of 2015 pending on its file, within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
