This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.20 of 2017 of Neelwai Police Station, Mancherial District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 323, 506 read with 34 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r) & (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
