HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13324 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1402 of 2010 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Court, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 324, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 01.08.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1402 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
