THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.16698 OF 2012 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in refusing to receive the application of the petitioner in respect of plot bearing No.20, premises No.8-3-229/W/20, Venkatagiri, Yusufguda, Hyderabad, for granting building permission insisting to produce NOC/TSLR from the revenue authorities and the orders regularising the said plot No.20 under Layout Regularisation Scheme as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents to receive an application of the petitioner for building permission without insisting NOC/TSLR from the revenue authorities as well as order passed under Layout Regularisation Scheme and grant building permission by receiving LRS charges/betterment charges and other fees whatsoever is required under law in the interest of justice. Heard and perused the material.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submits that the respondents are not insisting the petitioner for production of NOC/TSLR from the revenue authorities for granting building permission.
