HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36932 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the third respondent in not issuing pattadar pass book in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.0.35 cents in Survey No.108/2 situated at Ramanamma Palem Village, Chodapally Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, though an application dated 04.08.2015 is made in Mee Seva vide application No.MUO11501139115.
Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to consider the application dated 04.08.2015, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader submits that if the application dated 04.08.2015 is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.
Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the application dated 04.08.2015 made by the petitioner bearing No.MUO11501139115 may be considered by the third respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
