THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W P No.15924 of 2015 Oral Order :

Heard Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after passing of Award by the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad in I.D.No.149 of 2002 ordering reinstatement with continuity of service and attendant benefits, petitioner's pay was fixed. But the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner's pay was fixed, arrears have not been paid to him. Stating so, the petitioner issued a legal notice dated 13.5.2015 to the respondents. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner in-spite of issuing legal notice, arrears so far have not been paid to the petitioner. In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to examine the claim made by the petitioner in the legal notice dated 13.5.2015 and pay the arrears to him from 26.12.1997 to July 2013 if they have become due and not paid sofar, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
