In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the petitioner company is that the Station House Officer, Guntur Urban Police Station, Guntur District/2nd respondent herein, is not considering the representation, dated 10.03.2018, and not taking necessary action for providing protection for erection of Roof Top Poles at D.No.18-15-3, Block No.2, Ward No.10, Survey No.30, Chinna Bazar, Syed Khan Street, Punnur Road, Guntur District, and H.No.18-40-35/5, T.S.No.769 to 772, 773/2, L.P.No.94/65, Redla Bazar, Sangadigunta, Guntur. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Ghanta Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. I have perused the material record.

As the petitioner company's representation is pending consideration, there is no need to go into the merits of the matter. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner company ought to have given a representation to the Superintendent of Police instead of Station House Officer, Guntur Urban Police Station, Guntur/2nd respondent herein. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Guntur Urban Police Station is the jurisdictional Police Station.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the 2nd respondent/Station House Officer, Guntur Urban Police Station, Guntur District, to consider the petitioner company's representation, dated 10.03.2018, and take necessary action, in accordance with due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
