Learned Assistant Government Pleader by reference to the communication Rc.No.617/GRD/AD/DCA/KMM/2015 dated 23.07.2015 submits that as directed by this Court appropriate decision is taken and communicated to the petitioner.

2. The same is accepted and recorded.

3. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. The petitioner is given liberty to pursue the legal remedies available against the said communication or if law permits resubmit after duly answering objections raised by the Department.
