Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri D.Ramesh, Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4.

This Writ Petition had been filed assailing the Notification dt.17.02.2018 notifying Draft Inner Ring Road Plan and extension of 27 Capital City roads to Draft IRR Plan in APCRDA Region under Section 39 and 41 of A.P. Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014.

Petitioner has submitted his objections to the same on 17.03.2018.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents and to consider petitioner's objections dt.17.03.2018 to the said notification before issuing final Inner Ring Road Plan and communicate their decision to the petitioner, within a period of two (02) months from today. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
