HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18742 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's fishing rights in Vura Cheruvu of Barankula, H/o.Ganepeswaram, Nagayalanka Mandal, Krishna District ignoring the petitioner's right as highest bidder in the public auction held on 10-02-2011 as arbitrary and illegal. At the time of admission, no interim order was granted by this Court and it is stated by Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, the learned Standing Counsel for R-2 that by afflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication as the lease is only for a period of two years. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
