THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5355 AND 5356 OF 2012 COMMON ORDER:

Both the civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders in I.A.No.482 of 2012 in O.S.No.1206 of 2012 and I.A.No.483 of 2012 in I.A.No.411 of 2012 in O.S.No.1206 of 2012 dated 08.10.2012 passed by the VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Now, it is informed by the VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, that O.S.No. 1206 of 2012 was disposed of on 30.08.2014. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, both the civil revision petitions become infructuous.

In the result, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
