In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner company is that the 2nd respondent, i.e., the Station House Officer, Khazipet Police Station, Hanmakonda, is not considering the representation, dated 16.02.2018, and not taking necessary action for providing protection for erection of a ground Based Tower at H.No.1-1-229/19, Prashant Nagar, Doctors Colony, Hanmakonda.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents.

As the representation of the petitioner company is pending consideration, there is no need to go into the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Khazipet Police Station, Hanmakonda,/2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 16.02.2018, of the petitioner company and take action in the matter in accordance with due procedure laid down in law. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
