This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to take necessary action against respondents 3 and 4 for abusing their official duties and consequently declare their action in taking away the petitioner's grand children forcibly from his custody, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on the statement of the counter affidavit at paragraph No.5, submits that as the grand children were handed over to respondent No.5, who is the mother of the children, in the presence of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Markapur, nothing survive for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
