This contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.2265 of 2019.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that promptly, the respondents filed I.A.No.2 of 2019 in W.P.No.2265 of 2019 seeking to vacate the order, dated 06.02.2019.

As the vacate stay application has already been filed and the same is pending, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
