THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.37521 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to shift the Temple along with the Deity of Lord Sri Ganesh or from establishing a new Deity of Lord Sri Ganesh and construct a Temple on the footpath-cum-drainage which is adjacent and eastern boundary to the petitioner's shop.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent - Municipality submits that there is no proposal to shift the Temple along with the Deity or for construction of Temple on the footpath-cum-drainage which is adjacent to the shop of the petitioner.

In view of the same, no orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
