In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner company is that the 2nd respondent, i.e., the Station House Officer, Khammam II Town Police Station, is not considering the representation, dated 03.03.2018, and not taking necessary action for providing protection for the poles erected at House No.6-1-284/3, Plot Nos.148/part, 149/part & 150/part in Sy.No.277 situate at Khanapuram Haveli Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents.

As the representation of the petitioner company is pending consideration, there is not need to go into the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Khammam II Town Police Station/2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 03.03.2018, of the petitioner company and take action in the matter in accordance with due procedure laid down in law. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
