THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24167 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".... declaring the action of the Respondent herein in issuing a Notice No. Rc.A/ROR/2007, dated 23-10-2007, proposing to alter the Revenue Records by deleting my entitlement of patta from Ac.511 1⁄4 gts, and making it to only, Ac.4-24 1⁄4 gts, in respect of Sy. Nos. 352/A; 352/B; 324, and 359, of Burhanpally Village, Rayaparthi Mandal, Warangal Dt, as illegal ...."

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Perused the record. 3) Initially, while admitting the writ petition on 15.11.2007, this Court has granted interim suspension as prayed for.

4) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 15.11.2007, the authorities have verified the records and issued pattedar passbook and title deeds to the writ petitioner in respect of the entire area of Acs.5-11 1⁄4 gts. situated in survey Nos.352/A, 352/B; 324 and 359 of Burhanpally Village, Rayaparthi Mandal, Warangal District.

5) In view of the above submission, the grievance of the writ petitioner stands redressed.

Therefore, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
