THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims that he belongs to a landless poor family and his father developed Acres 2.00 cents of Government Poramboke land in Survey No.4 of Maribandam Village, Nuzvid Mandal, Krishna District, long back and he has been cultivating the same, even after death of his father. 2.

According to the petitioner, his father made several representations to assign this piece of land permanently to him, but there was no response. After death of his father, petitioner also made several representations. In support of the claim that petitioner and earlier his father have been in possession of the subject land, the petitioner placed on record the receipts issued by the Revenue Authorities towards Land Revenue collected from them and representations made in various years.

The District Collector is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in the representations submitted before him, copies of which are enclosed to the writ petition paper book and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
