The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.994 of 2014 in Crime No.115 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Rajampet.

The facts in issue are as under:

By an order dated 11.08.2014, the petitioner/accused No.36 was granted bail by the III Additional Sessions Judge, Rajampet on certain terms and conditions. One of the condition imposed was that the petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer, Obulavaripalli Police Station on every Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until filing of the charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions since August, 2014 and it is very difficult for the petitioner to report before the Station House Officer twice in a week as his daily livelihood is being affected. Hence seeks relaxation.

Having regard to the nature of offence committed and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of the petitioner reporting before the Station House Officer, Obulavaripalli Police Station, on every Wednesday and Friday is modified and the petitioner shall report before the said Station House Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed

of.
