THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24332 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings dated 27.11.2002 in transferring the petitioners by retaining the junior most, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is mainly contended that the seniors were transferred while retaining the juniors, but no reasons were assigned in the transfer order.

Initially, this Court granted interim suspension. In view of the directions of this Court, the petitioners are continuing. This Court feels that the transfer is an incidence of service and there is no right to the employee to continue and no mala fides are attributed to the respondent-Corporation. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
