When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 20.12.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Subedari Police Station, Warangal District, wherein it is asserted that the accused herein died on 24.5.2016 and the same is recorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
