In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking enforcement of the decree passed by the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, Nalgonda district in O.S.No.178 of 2012 dated 21.12.2017 granting permanent injunction in favour of the petitioner herein. 2.

A counter affidavit deposed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Madugulapalli Police Station, Nalgonda district is filed wherein it is stated that it is always open for the petitioner to file Execution Petition for implementation of the judgment and decree dated 21.12.2017 in O.S.No.178 of 2012 before the Court concerned and to file an application seeking police protection. It is further stated that there are no specific directions to the Respondent Police in O.S.No.178 of 2012 and it is difficult for the Respondent Police to identify the suit schedule lands of the petitioner herein. 3.

Having regard to the alternative remedy available to the petitioner by way of filing application before the Court below, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court concerned for redressal of his grievance.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
