THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.15810 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent-Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station in not registering a case based on the complaint made by the petitioners dated 25.02.2019.
Heard, Sri C. Ashokvardhan, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents and perused the entire record.
On written instructions dated 16-10-2019, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioners, an entry in General Diary was made and thereafter, 2nd respondent visited the spot and tried to secure independent witnesses. However, no one come forward to speak about the incident. He further submits after collecting all the relevant documents, it revealed that the NGO's Colony Society allotted the plot of land to Sri G. Parameswar and the same was informed to the petitioners through notice dated 20.07.2019 sent by Registered Post under Receipt No.RN134930966IN. The 2nd respondent also informed the petitioners that no case is being registered based on the alleged complaint. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that if the petitioners have any
grievance against the communication of the 2nd respondent, it is open for them to avail appropriate remedies available in accordance with law.
Accordingly, with the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
