In view of communication dated 10.04.2018, the prayer as made in the writ petition cannot be considered by this Court. The petitioner is given liberty to work out remedies available in law against communication dated 10.04.2018 and also move competent civil court for necessary consequential reliefs in this behalf.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
