HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 25267 of 2009 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the registered document vide P.No.414 of 2007 dated 15.05.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.

By an order dated 25.02.2010, this Court directed the respondents to release the registered document vide P.No.414 of 2007 dated 15.05.2007. The Court also directed that in case, there is any objection to release the document in question, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 25.02.2010, the respondents have released the document in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall also stand closed.
