THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL NO.1564 OF 2012 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} As WP.No.21097 of 2011 has been dismissed for nonprosecution today, the interim order passed therein no longer survives. This Writ Appeal, preferred against the interlocutory order, would also not survive and is, therefore, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
