THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.5158 OF 2005 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in continuing the suspension of the petitioner for an indefinite period as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Section 47 of the A.P. Shops and Establishment Act and consequently direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to reinstate the petitioner into service forthwith.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
