A perusal of the record shows that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat. 2.

In view of the Award dated 08.07.2017, passed by the Lok Adalat organized at Hyderabad by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, the present Motor Accidents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as per the terms incorporated in the said Award. The Award dated 08.07.2017 in M.A.C.M.A. No.3662 of 2009 is made part of the record. 3.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
