This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the orders, dated 26.07.2013, passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa District, in CFR No.3242 of 2013 (Crime No.129 of 2013 of Sambepalli Police Station).

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
