CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.623 of 2014 Dt:03.10.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 05.6.2014, in OP.No.24 of 2014 (old O.P.No.63 of 2010) on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram. Mr. K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 24.9.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that the appellant has requested him to withdraw the appeal.

In the light of the above said letter, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 14.7.2014, in CMAMP.No.939 of 2014 is vacated and CMAMP.No.939 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
