THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1050 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in crime No. 5 of 2015 of Atlur Police Station, Kadapa District.

At the hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (A.P.) has submitted that as there is no stay of investigation, investigation is completed and the investigating agency also filed charge sheet and it is pending for consideration and that therefore the cause in the petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In the light of the above, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings in calendar case if advised. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
