Respondents Counsel for the Appellants : Mr.O.Manohar Reddy Counsel for the Respondents : Mr.P.Rajsekhar The Court made the following:

CVNR,J & TA, J CMA.No.360 of 2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) is filed against Order, dated 03-04-2018, IA.No.36 of 2014 in OS.No.10 of 2016, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Parvatipuram, whereby he has granted injunction in favour of respondent Nos.1 to 3/plaintiffs and against the appellants/respondent Nos.4 and 5. At the hearing, Mr.P.Rajsekhar, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, fairly conceded that the Court below has considered only a few of many documents filed by both parties and therefore, agreed for setting aside the order of the lower Court and remanding the case to it for fresh consideration and passing a reasoned order with reference to the documentary evidence adduced by both parties within two months from the date of this order. The CMA is, accordingly, allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
