HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.8194 of 2012 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in not considering and disposing of petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2011 for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is sought to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.02.2011.

By order, in WPMP.No.10380 of 2012 dated 10.04.2012, the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2011, and pass orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The interim order granted by this Court was the main relief sought for in the Writ Petition. As such, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.
