HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS SECOND APPEAL No.612 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

When the matter had come up on 27.01.2016, none appeared for the appellant and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 18.03.2016 and today, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

The Second Appeal, is accordingly, dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Second Appeal shall stand dismissed.
