THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.373 of 2015 ORDER:
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "....to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly on in the nature of Writ of Mandamus" declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondent Police in not registering a case against the unofficial respondents of the report dt.3-1-2015 as arbitrary, illegal and against the principles of natural justice apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India."
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 placed on record the written instructions submitted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police (WCO) A-Division, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, dated 28.08.2019.

A perusal of the said written instructions would reveal that as per the directions issued by this Court Crime No.54 of 2015 has been registered for the offences under Section 406, 420, 467 read with 34 IPC on the file of CCS, DD, Hyderabad on 27.02.2015 and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation several notices were issued to the complainant for producing evidence under Section 160/91 of Cr.P.C. However, the complainant did not turn up. On pursuing the complaint and after coming to an opinion that the offences took place in Bombay, more particularly, the K.B.C. Company Headquarters are situated at Nasik, Maharashtra State and since the CID, Maharashtra State already registered cases vide Crime Nos.30 of 2014 and 154 of 2014 under Section 420, 406, 465, 467,
468, 471, 474, 507 and 120 B IPC read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 to 6 of the Chit Money Circulation Act, the case file in Crime No.54 of 2015 was transferred to the CID, Maharashtra on the point of jurisdiction for further investigation on 04.05.2016 vide letter No.L&O/M3/954/2016, dated 04.05.2016. The copy of the said written instructions dated 28.08.2019, was made part of the record.
4. Having regard to the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
