...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing orders directing the 3rd respondent for release of the petitioners vehicle bearing No. AP24AZ 0265 which was seized in connection with PCR.No.9Ot2O21 on the file of the Station House Officer, Devarakonda Excise Police Station, Nalgonda District and fixing the value of crime vehicle as insisting by Respondent No. 2 and moreover in spite of the petitioner readiness to furnish the third party surety as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequenfly direct the 2nd respondent to release the vehicle bearing No. AP24AZ 0265 to the petitioner.
