This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A4, A5 and A6 in Crime No.206 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Mudigonda Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw criminal petition. Permission is granted.
