THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.20309 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings No.P2/813(1)/2004/NRPT, dated 01.7.2004 of the fourth respondent and the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners as Driver Grade II from the date of their initial appointment as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as Grade II Drivers in APSRTC with all consequential benefits forthwith.
2. The learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the services of the petitioners were regularized as Grade II Drivers. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
