This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not receiving the complaint dt.21.07.2019 made by the petitioner seeking police assistance for conducting 'Bonalu' festival on 27.07.2019 & 28.07.2019 in 'Sri Pochamma Temple, Lalapet' by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner made representation on 21.07.2019 to the 2nd respondent in respect of providing police assistance for conducting 'Bonalu' festival on 27.07.2019 & 28.07.2019 in Pochamma Temple at Lalapet, as on today, no action has been taken.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner dt.21.07.2019 and take necessary action. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
