Sri P.Venkateshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies as available in law.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
