THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1278 of 2019 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed by the party-in-person alleging willful disobedience of the of the interim order dt.25-10-2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.38211 of 2018.

Sri C.R.Sridharan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Salloori Ramesh, learned counsel for respondents has brought to the notice of this Court the fact that the Writ Petition itself was disposed of by a learned Single Judge of this Court finally on 17-09-2019 and that the said order was challenged in W.A.No.763 of 2019, and on 27-09-2019, there was a stay of the order of the learned Single Judge disposing of the Writ Petition.

In this view of the matter, this Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication against the interim order passed by this Court, which has merged in the final order.

Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
