.. Respondents This court made the following :
- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13333 OF 2018 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Aggrieved by the order of Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet dated 31.01.2018 petitioners preferred appeal before the Joint Collector & Magistrate, Guntur, which was received by the said office on 17.03.2018. This writ petition is filed alleging that the appeal is not decided so far, and in the meantime, the third parties are trying to interfere and alter the physical features of the subject land.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the grievance of the petitioners is limited to the extent of ensuring that the third parties who are no way concerned with the subject property should not undertake changes in physical features of the subject property which may have adverse impact, if ultimately, petitioner succeeds before the appellate authority. 4.
Having regard to the submissions made, it is seen that while dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer, directed the Tahsildar to ensure that the subject land cannot be assigned to any other person or for any other purpose other than utilizing the land for burial ground. 5.
In view of the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, no third person can use the land or convert the land for any other purpose other than for burial ground until the appeal filed by the petitioner is decided by the appellate authority.
- 3 - 6.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
