THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15731 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioner alleges that his application to grant building permission for construction of a house in plot Nos.820 and 821 in survey No.202 of Sri Ram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Sherlingampally, is not accepted by the on-line web portal and insisting for NOC from the Special Officer and Competent Authority under Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad.

Petitioner alleges that in spite of making representation, no action is taken.

3. On instructions, learned Standing Counsel informs the Court that Citizen Service Centres are opened by the respondentCorporation in various locations and if the petitioner has any grievance or difficulty in uploading the documents, the employees in the Citizen Service Centre would help him, if he approaches the Centre close to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to approach the Citizen Service Centre with request to upload his application for grant of building permission.

5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Citizen Service Centre in Circle No.20 and seek assistance. As and when the petitioner appears before the Citizen Service Centre, the staff of the Centre shall guide the petitioner in uploading the documents or suitably advise him to work out his remedies.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
