Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State of Andhra Pradesh and perused the material on record.

In view of the order of this Court in Crl.P.Nos.4540 & 4550 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 in two other Criminal Appeals among four appeals including the present one pending before the lower appellate Court reducing from 1/4th to 1/8th since debt is covered by other collateral security by equitable mortgage security, this Criminal Petition is ordered accordingly to reduce from 1/4th to 1/8th.
