HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5098 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy for petitioner and Mr.Ch.Srinivas holding for Mr.K.Vasudeva Reddy for respondent. Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy, after arguing the Civil Revision Petition for some time, keeping in view the scope and object of Rule 4 of Order IX of CPC, does not press the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that dismissal of Civil Revision Petition shall not be understood as this Court restricting the right of revision petitioner herein to raise objections in fact and law as are permissible in the pending O.P.No.35 of 2013.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
