O R D E R

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A-1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by the court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.4162/ 2016 dated 07.12.2016 while enlarging the petitioner/ A-1 on bail; that the sureties shall furnish fixed deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees fifty thousand only) each, is hereby relaxed. The other conditions imposed by the trial court shall remain unaltered.

The petition is accordingly allowed.
