THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.1632 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the First Additional Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad in disposing of I.A.No.61 of 2016 in O.S.No.87 of 2016. At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.61 of 2016 in O.S. No.87 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned First Additional Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Secunderabad is hereby directed to dispose of I.A. No.61 of 2016 in O.S. No.87 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, on or before 31.06.2017.

With the above direction, C.R.P. is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 7th April, 2017.
