The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.21-01-2011 made to 2nd respondent has not been disposed of by 2nd respondent even though five years have elapsed since the said representation was submitted.
Petitioner's grievance is that 29 people were raising construction illegally and unauthorizedly in an extent of Ac.1.20 gts in Sy. No.145 situated at Macha Bollaram village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and in the said representation, she wanted the respondents to take action against the said illegal and unauthorized constructions.
The learned Standing Counsel for GHMC Sri Chintala Madhu states that the respondents will consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In view of the said submission, the Writ petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.21-01-2011 within three
weeks from today. The 2nd respondent shall also pay costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the petitioner for not disposing of the same for more than five years and driving the petitioner to the Court. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
