THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.20310 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Rc.No.Spl.B1/Surplus/Adjt/05 dated 26.05.2005 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and issue a consequential direction that the non-teaching staff cannot be transferred.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 15.09.2005. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
