THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4437 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.198 of 2019 of Matwada Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infrucutous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
